English Translation
Verse 1:
A boss will point and say "Go there," But leaders walk the path ahead, They show they truly, deeply care— "Come follow me," is what they've said. Authority through fear may bind, But leadership transforms the mind.
Verse 2:
The boss demands what must be done, The leader asks, "How can we grow?" One rules by power, stands alone, The other lifts all those below. True leaders serve the ones they guide, And place their people's needs beside.
