The Creator's Masterpiece
The Creator's Masterpiece
O Almighty God, in wisdom vast,
You spoke these creatures unsurpassed.
From buffalo's thundering mighty herd
To cheetah's speed at Your own word,
Each beast displays Your power divine,
In every detail, Your design.
The elephant's trunk with muscles fine,
The cobra's venom by design,
The waterbuck's protective scent,
The orangutan's intelligence sent,
Each trait reveals Your careful thought,
What wondrous works Your hands have wrought.
From Asia's forests, dense and green,
To Africa's plains, vast and serene,
You placed each creature in its home,
Where they could flourish, live, and roam.
The red squirrel in northern wood,
All things You made, and called them good.
Your creativity knows no bound,
In every habitat they're found.
The alligator's ancient form,
Through eons kept from every storm,
Shows Your eternal, faithful care,
Your providence beyond compare.
We praise You, Lord, for all You've made,
Each stripe and spot that You have laid.
From smallest squirrel to largest beast,
All join creation's worship feast.
May we protect what You hold dear,
And steward well Your creatures here.
